Delivery Terms
Orders placed on the day before a holiday or weekend will be processed the following business day and delivered to your address on the Spanish mainland within 24–72 hours, and to the Balearic and Canary Islands within 72–96 business hours from the time they leave our facilities, maintaining the cold chain whenever the product requires it. We do not deliver on Saturdays, unless specifically requested, in which case an additional fee will apply.
Important! Before accepting the merchandise, check that the packaging is intact. If it shows signs of damage or serious defects, note the problem in the "Remarks" section of the delivery receipt and send a photo of the highlighted defect to info@bolshoigourmet.com.

Our website is available for purchases in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and European Union countries. Shipping costs
- Mainland Spain:Free shipping on orders over €150. For orders under that amount, a shipping fee of €12 will apply.
- Balearic Islands and Canary Islands:Free shipping on orders over €250. For orders under that amount, a shipping fee of €30 will apply.
- Ceuta and Melilla:Please always check shipping costs and delivery terms by using the contact form in the“Contact”section of our website or by calling +34 609 151 596 Monday through Friday.

- Italy and Belgium:€80
- Germany, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg:€95

Payment Methods
Payment for the purchased items and shipping costs may be made via:

Returns
Since we cannot guarantee that the cold chain will be maintained once the product has left our warehouses, we do not accept returns.
Taxes
The prices of the products sold in our online store include Value Added Tax (VAT). These prices are subject to change without notice. Valid except in the case of typographical errors or while supplies last.
