Delivery Terms

Orders placed on the eve of a public holiday or during a weekend will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries to the peninsula will arrive within 24-72 hours, while those to the Balearic and Canary Islands will take 72-96 business hours from the time they leave our facilities. The cold chain will be maintained for all products that require it. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, except by express request, and an additional surcharge will apply.

Important! Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the packaging for any damage. Should you observe any significant dents or defects, kindly indicate the issue in the observations section of the delivery note and send a photograph of the noted defect to info@bolshoigourmet.com.

Our website is available for purchases within peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, and countries within the European Union. Shipping Costs

• Peninsular Spain: Free for orders over 150€. For orders below this amount, a charge of 12€ will apply.
• Balearic and Canary Islands: Free for orders over 250€. For orders below this amount, a charge of 30€ will apply.
• Ceuta and Melilla: Shipping costs and delivery conditions must always be consulted via the contact form in the 'Contact' section of our website or by calling +34 609 151 596, Monday to Friday.
  
• Portugal: 30€
• France: 50€
• Italy and Belgium: 80€
• Germany, Netherlands, and Luxembourg: 95€
• Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Ireland, Finland, and Greece: 100€
• Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, and Bulgaria: 105€.

Payment Methods

Payment for purchased goods and shipping costs can be made via:

• Credit Card: To pay by card, the User must follow the on-screen instructions, providing the following information:

• Expiration Date
• CVV
• Security code generated by your bank

VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX cards are accepted.

• Bank Transfer or deposit to the account number you will receive in your email after placing the order.
• PayPal: A transfer system that allows you to make a transfer using your online account credentials without leaving the website and without entering any data other than your identification details.

Returns

As we cannot guarantee the cold chain will be maintained, returns are not accepted once the product has left our warehouses.

Taxes

The prices of products sold in our e-commerce store include Value Added Tax (VAT). These prices are subject to change without prior notice. Valid unless there is a typographical error or while stocks last.
